1. Agreement to Terms

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment of all fees, you retain 100% ownership of your book content, manuscripts, ideas, and final deliverables created specifically for your project.

3.2 WPEH Ownership

Web Publish Elite Hub LLC retains ownership of our proprietary processes, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools developed through our work.

3.3 Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed NDA, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or as case studies to showcase our professional expertise.

4. Payment & Financials

All prices are in USD. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment structures typically involve an upfront commencement fee followed by milestone-based installments.

Late Payments: Balances overdue by more than 7 days may result in project suspension. Balances overdue by 30 days may result in service termination and late fees of 1.5% per month.

While we architect the highest standard of authority, WP Elite Hub LLC does not guarantee specific sales volumes, "Bestseller" status, or specific SEO ranking positions, as these are subject to third-party algorithms (Amazon, Google) and market variables.
